Jim and I would like to thank you and Beach Bay Properties for the wonderful service you provided during our condominium purchase.

There were so many details involved from start to finish and we are still amazed that this sale in another country was completed so easily for us. Your expertise in contracts and Mexican real estate law was really appreciated; we can't imagine having done this with anyone else. Thank you for being there, too, whenever we needed a translator. (Next time I will arrange some kind of purchase involving Italian and French speaking parties, also, so we can really have some fun with your language skills!)

Thank you, also, for the many other things you did to help us out "long distance." You had an answer for every question we could have had, and called or emailed us immediately...and always pleasant with the smallest of requests. We are appreciative, too, for your meeting with the contractors and handling of utilities after the sale.

We truly consider ourselves fortunate for finding the very best real estate agent in Puerto Vallarta, and now a good friend, too. May there be many lucky others who follow in our footsteps.... Let the margaritas flow!
